At our office, we strive to make financing your care as convenient as possible. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please note that we are an Out-of-Network provider and do not participate with insurance networks, dental discount plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, as a courtesy, we will submit your claim to your insurance company. Most insurers respond within four to six weeks. Typically, insurance payments are sent directly to you. If we receive the payment instead, we will either apply it to your account or forward it to you per our financial agreement and any remaining balance due.
While we assist with claim submissions, patients are responsible for verifying their coverage and benefits with their insurance provider. The cost of services rendered is ultimately the patient’s responsibility.
